There is no waste in nature. here at wonderland's we source local substrates such as sawdust, spent coffee grounds, and straw as food for many varieties of gourmet and medicinal mushrooms. by utilizing our urban waste and buying local, together we reduce the environmental impact of importation. 

 

our mushrooms are harvested from steam sterilized substrates and never encounter fertilizers or other chemicals commonly used in food production.
